The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, has established the requirements that must be in place for certification. CSI first achieved certification in 2001.
This re-certification confirms CSI’s commitment to quality in customer service, design and manufacturing. Certification to the standard is voluntary, and organizations must complete a rigorous auditing process by a third-party registrar. The certification was authorized by TÜV Rheinland®, a premier global provider of independent testing and certification services with 15 locations throughout North America.
