Issue: Tubing and other wetted parts for UF260 Body Shampoo and UF440 LustraShield® with BDR®, UF441 LustraShield® with BDR® – Grape, & UF443 LustraShield® Clear – Grape
Explanation: These products require special Chemical Resistant tubing.
For UF260 it is MANDITORY to use Tygon Chemical Resistant #2475 tubing (CSI part number P20010001-050) from the reservoir to the point of dilution. Tubing is available from Cleaning Systems, Inc.
For UF 440,441, & 443 it is recommended that Tygon Fuel and Lubricant tubing Formulation F-4040-A ¼” I.D. x 3/8” O.D. or an equivalent ClearFlo Fuel & Oil tubing is used (CSI part number P20010009-100). Tubing is available from Cleaning Systems, Inc.
The use of Viton Foot valves and Viton seals on all metering devices is required with these products.
