Tosh is based in Katy, TX and will help support the Southwest territory throughout Texas and the Southwest Region. Mr. Railey has over 25 years of experience in the car wash industry including chemistry, equipment maintenance, and operations. “It is a privilege to join the CSI – Lustra team.
